Under the pseudonym of "Dr Rocco", he founded in 2001, in collaboration with Jason McCaslin, bassist of the group Sum 41, a new musical formation, called The Operation M.D.

On August 5, 2015, Todd Morse confirmed his departure from H2O to form a project called Toddsplanet1.

He was the additional guitarist for The Offspring from 2009 to 2019 before becoming the band's official bassist following the departure of Greg K. He first appeared on the Let the Bad Times Roll album in 2021.

Todd Morse is the older brother of H2O singer Toby Morse.
